The Experience
What happens when dinner becomes theatre?
Together with Natalie from Endorphin Events, Palais du Soleil invites you to an immersive gastronomic experience unfolding across the atelier and garden.
Each serve becomes an act. A bell marks every transition, revealing a new setting, flavour and atmosphere as the evening slowly unfolds.
Live violin, carefully paired drinks, hidden installations and unexpected encounters transform the dinner into something more: a shared experience of flavour, ritual and presence.
Not every evening begins at a table.
The Journey
The evening unfolds in four acts.
Prelude Welcome drink, live violin and the beginning of the evening.
Act I · Behind the Curtain A hidden garden scene accompanied by local wine and seasonal tartlets.
Act II · The Fountain A shared moment of elegant surprise, served on ice with sparkling wine.
Act III · Fire & Reflection Smoke, movement and a Japanese seafood classic in a modern style.
Act IV · The Jewels Chocolate gems presented in dialogue with Palais du Soleil jewellery.
Final Act · Le Bisou A final cocktail, a personal keepsake and one last moment together.
More Than Dinner
Presence is not only tasted. It is shared.
Each act changes the atmosphere and invites you to slow down, observe and experience the moment more fully.
Food, sound, objects and movement become part of one composition. The guests, their conversations and their reactions become part of it too.
Table & Presence is not a traditional seated dinner. It is an evening designed to be discovered as it happens.

This is not a vegetarian menu. The experience includes oysters and raw or lightly seared fish.
Alcoholic drinks are included throughout the evening. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before booking.
As the experience takes place partly in the garden, we recommend dressing according to the weather.
